It didn’t stand a chance to make it as an appetizer for our holiday dinner. And, it was honestly one of the EASIEST item I made for Thanksgiving! LOL! So, if you are like me -make 2 batches – one for yourself and one for your guests, lol.ROCK your next dinner party with this Rosemary Asiago & Tomato Bruschetta recipe! Click To Tweet

This recipe will knock your socks off (and your guests as well!) And, it’s EASY. I used Stella Rosemary Asiago cheese for this recipe and I highly suggest using the same! Just look at it… it’s AMAZING.
The rosemary and asiago blend of Stella cheese is perfection! I ate some on it’s own as I was making my bruschetta. Hint hint: if you entertain your guests with a cheese platter as well, this Stella cheese rosemary asiago NEEDS to be on that platter!
The ingredients for this recipe are as follows – Stella Rosemary Asiago Cheese, Olive oil, approx 15 sprigs of Fresh Basil, 3 Large Tomatoes (I used heirloom, but regular tomatoes are just fine), Fresh Garlic, White Wine Vinegar, Sea Salt (or table salt) and Garlic Salt. Optional: Italian Seasoning. And of course, don’t forget your fresh French Baguette! Almost any market with a bakery will have fresh baguettes available, for approx. $1 -2.
Stella Cheese has a wide variety of cheeses you can also use, or add to a cheese platter. Click here to learn more about Stella Cheeses. I am not even kidding, this is my new favorite cheese!! (And I promise you, it’s not because they sponsored this – WE REALLY DO LOVE IT!)
My husband doesn’t like tomatoes, however chowed down on the bread with the melted Stella Asiago cheese! And, as my oldest son stated: “It’s like the perfect combination and kick of the cheeses and rosemary – combined with the tomatoes.. OMG” And YES he wants me to make MORE – So I need to go buy more bread =)
